True Handheld Grooving

Instead of one size fits all, we have made machines per size of pipe. This enables pre-setting the groove depth and making each machine portable. Half the weight of the competition and a fraction of the size of a stationary setup.

What sizes are available?

The SnapGroove will be launched in 2026 at a TBD date. Sizes will be up to 114,3mm / 4-inch / DN100 initially. Up to SCH40.

How do I know when a groove is correct?

The SnapGroove has a pre-set groove depth – meaning you can not go to deep. You groove 10-15 seconds, depending on wall thickness, and the machine gives audible feedback.

Can I use my own drill?

For safety and quality reasons, team SnapDrill supplies the battery drill motor. Battery adaptors will be available in the near future for cross-brand functionality.
